Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, focusing on targeted customer segments and markets.
2. Collaborate with Sales on marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events to generate leads and nurture prospects.
3. Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support them with Sales enablement materials.
4. Support increased brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion by building compelling content.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
6. Help develop and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations to support the sales process.
7. Create reports and analytics to help track and measure the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
8. Help to plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other industry events (including booth design, pre-and post-event marketing, and lead generation efforts).
9. Keep current with current industry and marketing trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
10. Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates; Assist with organizing promotional events.
11. Create advertising material by collaborating with the Marketing Design and Content teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. Ideally have a minimum 2 years of experience within a similar position
3. Knowledgeable in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
4. Knowledgeable in SEO, paid search, paid social, and email marketing
5. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytic platforms
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
7. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
8. Ability to work under moderate supervision.
9. Willingness to travel to other geographic office locations if required
